The Subscription Contract Between You And Us
Synergy Bioherbals offers month-to-month recurring subscriptions of its products.
AUTOMATIC RENEWAL TERMS
Synergy Bioherbals subscriptions are subject to automatic renewal, you agree that once you have expressly agreed for your credit card to be charged on a recurring basis, and agreed to the amount of the recurring charges, Synergy Bioherbals may submit periodic charges (e.g., monthly) to your chosen payment method without further authorization from you, until you provide prior notice at any time that you wish to terminate this authorization or to change your payment method. You agree that such notice will not affect charges submitted before Synergy Bioherbals reasonably could act (no less than 3 business days). Information on how to cancel is described below.
MONTH-TO-MONTH SUBSCRIPTIONS
By purchasing a Month-to-Month, you agree and acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment charge at the then-current subscription rate and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation, including where applicable any charges processed by Synergy Bioherbals after the expiration date of your payment card.
Automatic Monthly Renewal Terms
Your subscription will be automatically renewed for successive monthly periods and your payment method will automatically be charged for each successive monthly period at the then-current subscription rate until you cancel your Month-to-Month Subscription. Information on how to cancel is described below.
Change of Address
Address adjustments must be made at least 3 business days before the next charge date. Once your order has been placed or your monthly shipment begins processing, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order.
Month-to-Month Subscription Returns And Refunds
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for subscription products, but please reach out to info@mx.synergybioherbals.com with any questions, comments or concerns and we’d be happy to address them.
Cancellation Policy For Month-to-Month Subscriptions
To cancel your Month-to-Month Subscription at any time, you may (i) logon to your account and follow the cancellation procedures there, (ii) send us a message at info@mx.synergybioherbals.com and we will do it for you, or (iii) go to synergybioherbals.com/contact-us/ and schedule a call with one of our customer service agents who can help you cancel. Cancelations must be made at least 3 business days before your next monthly billing cycle to avoid being charged for that month.
CHANGES TO THE PRICE AND TO SYNERGY BIOHERBALS SUBSCRIPTION PLANS
We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Except as otherwise expressly provided for in these Terms, any price changes or changes to your Synergy Bioherbals Subscription Plan will take effect following notice to you.
