4 HERB SYNERGY Gold™ II is a dietary supplement created by Dr. Vincent Giuliano and his colleagues at Aging Sciences LLC over a period of 4 years. It is a highly standardized, concentrated preparation of four traditional medicinal herb extracts: Curcumin, Boswellia, Sensoril™ Ashwagandha, and Ginger designed to support a healthy body inflammatory response.
Encapsulated into extremely tiny lecithin liposomes, using advanced nano-technology that has only very recently become available, ensure the most biologically active ingredients of each herb is efficiently absorbed by the body.

I have been reading Dr Vince’s very informative health articles, and find his research and solutions very helpful and close to my own health philosophy When his new herbal product was introduced, I was more than curious to try it out; also to repay Vince for all the free information I’ve availed myself to (most of which I find to be science based, and reasonable hypotheses.
I have been following the ‘Chronic Oxidative Stress’ theory on aging (and conditions associated when unmitigated by the various anti-oxidant pathways).
First, the taste is quite interesting, and tasty (for those who have tried Ashwagandha root powder mixed in mild liquids can attest).
I’m going on my third bottle (just came; as I subscribed after the first bottle I tried. Decided to give the product a four month trial to see the effects on my various sometimes sore joints and muscles).
My wife tried some of my stash because (she takes the Ashwagandha root powder, holding her nose-interesting factoid: In Hindu the name means: “smells like horses”; chuckle, chuckle), she saw me taking the 4 Herb Synergy by the spoonful without gagging; Now, I’m going to have to buy some for her, so she can dispense with the ‘yucky’ tasting powder.
I haven’t had very many health issues, and was going to take the 4-HS as a prophylactic from future inflammation from aging process. However, my wife, who has pretty much pirated my 4HS stash from me (joke: we share; but, it runs out faster), has had a few long term, mild, but chronic, back/shoulder pains (she was a wild Texas gal, who when younger, rode horses wildly with abandon, and fell off many times), found that those back/shoulder pains have gradually subsided; we’re hoping that along with other protocols, they will eventually just, “go away”.
All, in all, We believe that Dr. Vince’s 4HS is a real winner, since we’d been taking Turmeric (no problem with taste), as well as Ashwagandha (nasty), so the other two herbs are a bonus (and have health benefits as well.
Now, I’m going to introduce 4HS to my kids (and hopefully, their kids), as my kids are finally starting to take pro-active steps towards preventative herbal supplements.
We’re in our early 70’s, and we find Dr. Vince to be an inspiration as an example of how spry we could be, if we continue to take control over our own health.

I love how “4 herb synergy” makes me feel. 1 spoonful a day. Contains curcumin, ginger, ashwaganda, boswellia. I sleep through the night after starting taking it; else I tend to wake up in the middle of the night (sign of high cortisol). Relaxing supplement. Also helped curb my appetite; carb cravings became manageable. My cortisol was at the very high end of normal last time it was measured (blood test). Age 42.
Warning: Don’t take it with a daily baby dose aspirin. Probably no need for it if you’re taking 4 herb synergy, has similar effects (COX2 inhibitor).

Hi Vince-
I have been a long-time reader of your anti-aging firewalls blog and I was happy to discover that you are now offering 4 Herb Synergy Gold. I’ve ordered a couple of times, but have not been able to take it consistently yet. I am going to subscribe so that I can do a long-term trial for osteoarthritis pain and inflammation (knee and shoulder).
In terms of the product itself, I was pleasantly surprised that it tasted so good. In fact, I’m inclined to take 2 or 3 doses spread out during the day if it might promote faster or more consistent relief.
Once I take this consistently for ~60 days or so, I’ll update or post another review on how it has helped my symptoms.

Thought I would give a little update on this product as I’ve now being taken it since 8/3/2019. (Dose 1 tsp per day except when on travel.)
There are number of possible beneficial actions that I attribute to taking it. (FYI 54 y old male, no major health problems, V. but who eats some seafood, take very few supplements, some exercise, desk job.) I have made no other supplemental or dietary changes over the last several months.
First thing I noticed was more energy/drive.
This started early on. I wasn’t expecting this. I though it to be some sort of placebo action but the effect seems to have remained. I noticed that during my short regular jogs that I take that my endurance, VOmax sort of thing seems to have improved with no additional effort.
Secondly, sleep quality has improved.
This took awhile for me to notice but now I have a good night’s sleep basically every night and feel refreshed even when the number of hours of sleep is restricted by my schedule. My sleep almost seems to have a drugged quality to it with hours going by with no notion that time passed. Very pleased!
Thirdly, my focus has improved.
Or to put it a little differently, some of the “brain fog” associated with middle age has lifted. This is perhaps more related to having a good night’s sleep than anything.
Finally, my various aches/pains have lessened.
Most notable, a lower back pain that I noticed most upon waking has completely vanished. I have had this particular pain for years and it was at a level that often forced me to get out of bed just get comfortable again. I also have a weird flank pain that I experienced for many years has lessened but not unfortunately still remains. If this pain resolves, I will know indeed that the product was responsible. Improvements in the aches/pains category seems to have taken the longest and only very recently do I feel confident enough to say that an indeed an improvement is taking place.
On the downside, I have been plagued I believe with at least 3 separate colds during the last several months which is very unusual for me. The first happened shortly after starting the product and last 2 very recently and I still have a lingering cough as today. These colds may have more to due to regular exposure to a toddler who goes to daycare than the product but nevertheless a little disappointing that I’m experienced them, and they also failed to resolve quickly. I believe I need to consider another strategy for immunity defense going forward.
One other thing to mention. I still plan on having some inflammatory blood markers checked at some future date but have yet to do so as I wanted to take the product longer for full effect. I will share the results when I have them.

First of all, I’d like to wish you a happy 90th birthday! I’m a frequent reader of your anti-aging blogs and I enjoyed them so much that I decided to purchase your product.
I’m a 34 year old male with no serious health issues, but I do sometimes feel fatigued when I work long hours at my job. When I started taking the supplement in September I noticed that I have more energy when I work and my joints ache a lot less when I move heavy objects.
I liked your supplement so much that I decided to purchase one for my 72-year-old mother and give it to her as a present for Christmas this year. She has early signs of bone loss and osteoarthritis so hopefully, this will do the trick for her.

I’m a big fan. I’ve been following your blogs for quite some time, and have been involved with “life extension” since the late 80s.
I normally order my nutrients, etc from Life Extension. I think they are very good in staying up on things. I have been taking Boswellia, Ashwagandha, and Curcumin for a long time but am very interested by your approach using liposomes. I have also read some good articles in support.
I was also thinking, I have a few older cats with arthritis. Was thinking of trying a small bit on them. I know each of these 4 herbals are actually good for cats. I will let you know my experience with the product.

I ordered my first bottle July 5. I refrigerate it once it arrived. I started taking a spoonful August 7.. I plan to take it for 3 months. It’s syrup like golden texture is entirely palatable to me

Ordered 7/31 and received 8/3 in Michigan via USPS in a small cardboard box.
It was shipped out of Ft. Collins Colorado.
Box/bottle look professional.
The whole ordering process was seamless/standard.
Immediately placed bottle in the refrigerator then waited a bit before opening after shaking it vigorously.
Poured out one teaspoon. It poured out thick/orange with a color similar to turmeric root. It tastes….well rather hard to describe. It is herbal for sure and mildly spicy. Recognized a bit of ginger flavor and one other flavor that I couldn’t quite place. I think most will be able tolerate the taste quite well and some will perhaps enjoy it.
I plan on taking it for about 60 days. I’m hoping to address some low-level chronic pain that I have in the left side flank region that I’ve had for many years that may be inflammation-related. I’ve had it for more than a decade with no firm diagnosis other than it is muscle/skeletal-related with many other things ruled out by various medicals tests. So that if it goes away, it will be interesting and enough of reason to continue with the product.
I currently am not taking any other supplements and am otherwise in good health. I have no plans to take blood tests to check inflammatory bio-markers but hope some other customers do just that. I rate this product 5 stars as no complaints so far.
