How do I update my payment method?

Payment changes must be made 5 business days prior to your subscription’s renewal date.

Please follow the below steps to update your payment information:

  • Log into your account
  • Select the subscription section of your account
  • Select the subscription that you would like to update 
  • At the bottom of this page, you will find an ‘update payment’ button
  • You will then able to add/edit your payment details
  • When saved, your payment details will apply to all of your future orders

How can I change my billing/delivery address?

Address changes must be made 5 business days before your next shipment (e.g. to change the shipping address for your February 1st shipment, you will have to update it by January 27th).

Please follow the below steps to update your address information:

  • Log into your account
  • Select ‘view all’ in the subscription section of your account
  • Select the subscription that you would like to update within the ‘current subscriptions’ section
  • At the bottom of this page, you will find a ‘change address’ button
  • You will then be able to add/edit your address
  • Once all changes have been made, select “Deliver to this address”
  • Please note that unless changed 5 days prior to your subscription’s renewal date, the next shipment will go to the previous address provided

*If the address is not updated in time, the shipping label will be printed with the previous address. If an item is returned to sender, due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, Synergy Bioherbals will not be liable for a reshipment; instead, a company credit will be applied to the customer account.

**An address change with the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) does not update our records.

How do I cancel my month-to-month subscription?

Your month-to-month subscription can be canceled at any time and the cancellation will become effective in 5 business days.

To cancel a current subscription

  • Log in to your account
  • Go to “My Account”
  • Under the ‘Subscriptions’ section, select your applicable subscription plan
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the ‘Cancel’ button
  • That’s it!

What is the deadline to cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your Month-to-month subscription via your account page. Cancelations will take effect within 5 business days. (e.g. you must cancel by January 27 if you want to stop your February 1st charge).

I canceled, why am I being charged?

The most common reason is that the cancellation did not take place within the cancellation deadline.

What should I do about a missing/damaged product?

If you experience any issues with missing or damaged items, you must contact Synergy Bioherbals within 15 days from the date of receiving the merchandise. Any complaints received after the timeline given will not be eligible for a replacement.

Be sure to provide images of any damage for Quality Assurance purposes. Once we receive the image, we will be able to address the warehouse with this error and offer replacement options.

When will my account be debited?

For month-to-month subscriptions will be withdrawn at the time of checkout. Subsequent payments will be automatically withdrawn on the same day each consecutive month.

What will happen if I have insufficient funds in my account?

If several collection attempts fail, we will withhold shipment until your billing details are updated. The subscription will go into pending mode until your billing details are updated. However, this will not cancel the subscription.

Can I return my order and have its cost refunded?

Unfortunately, due to health and safety regulations, Synergy Bioherbals does not accept returns of subscription items. Cancellations only take effect if requested 5 business days before scheduled shipment. (e.g. you must cancel by January 27 if you want to stop your February 1st charge).
