Once your return is received, your payment will be credited back to the account from which you originally paid.  It may take up to 3-5 working days for the bank to recognize the credit on your end and for your account to reflect the credit.

We do ask that you cover return shipping costs for bottles sent back to us. Returned bottles are discarded or their contents are used for research purposes since we only sell new sealed bottles.
